EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

HQS Co., Ltd., a wholly owned Myanmar company, incorporated on 7th of March 2013 and the management office is located at No. 19 (C), Dhamar Yon Street, 6 Mile, Hlaing Township, Yangon, Myanmar. The company was initially formed with the aim of doing business in the service industry. Since founded, HQS has emphasized to develop its strength in the service sectors. Now, HQS has been already running the businesses in IT industry, Mobility & Relocation Services and recently we have joined in the business of Waste Water Treatment for providence of environmental solutions to the industries.

Being IT is a core business of HQS, we had had a lot of experiences in this area. We are a Managed IT Services and Solutions Provider. Our IT services includes -

We are the reseller of Innergia’s Smart Office Unified Communication Devices and HaDreamNet Visual IP Manager. Moreover, we resell Logitech video conferencing group kits and cameras, Intel NUC, FortiNet Firewall, Netgear Network Switches.

Progress & Milestones

2013

Founded the company.
Partnership agreement with Metrica Inc., from USA for providing mobility and relocation services in Myanmar.Started providing mobility services to the US Department of Treasury’s residence advisors and TDY advisors.
The first Windows Domain System integration project at EcoDEV initiated.

Helpdesk & IT support service contracts awarded by Total E&P Myanmar in February and by Posco Daewoo Corporation E&P Myanmar in December.
Outsourced network engineers and telecoms technician to Posco Daewoo and Total E&P Myanmar.
Mobility & Relocation service contract awarded by Metrica Relocation Plus to provide relocation services to expatriates from World Bank Group in Myanmar.
Changed Windows domain system, integrated network infra and provided managed IT support service to Zware Group.
Membership at the French Chamber of Commerce
Membership at the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry

Provided managed IT support service, office Wireless LAN & IT system setup to Alpha Power Engineering Company Limited.
Provided office wireless LAN & IT system setup, E-Mail migration within Godaddy accounts using Office 365, Network Storage and permissions, online backup, PABX installation and managed IT services at European Chamber of Commerce.
Partnership and reseller agreement with Innergia Group International Sdn Bhd from Malaysia to resell its Unifi Communication Network devices, Secured Visual IP Manager Switches and IT solutions.
Preferred partnership agreement with SafeComs Thailand to provide international destination services in Myanmar.

Video Conferencing System installation project awarded by the Union Supreme Court of Myanmar to do video conferencing among 9 State & Division High Courts and Union Supreme Court Nay Pyi Daw.
Setup and installed VPN connections between HQ and gas stations in Yangon and Mandalay, CCTV monitoring from HQ to the branches, assisting control server migration and local IT support for 360. gas stations and Alpha Cement.
Helpdesk support, office wireless LAN setup & configuration, VPN connection among HQ and branches, IPBX and CCTV connection and setup between Yangon and Magway for Ahmay Htwar Peanut Oil Factory.
Achieved Channel Partner and Authorized Distributor of R-HUB video conferencing products.
Signed Indirect Channel Partner Agreement with Cisco.

Video Conferencing System installation, Network & Data Center installation project awarded by the Union Supreme Court of Myanmar for video conferencing with remaining 5 State & Division High Courts and network & IT infrastructure evolution in Union Supreme Court.
IT system setup and networking at new office, video conferencing system installation and provided Managed IT services to EcoDEV.
Office network evolution, Windows domain migration and client server installation. Centralized Norton anti-virus installation and configuration. Provided managed IT services to Concordia International Co., Ltd.

Poverty map (prototype) Web application development for EcoDEV.
